We will contact you and answer any questions you may have. Let us work with the agents/vendors/tenants to book in an available inspection time.
Confirm
You will receive a contract to read and sign and an invoice to pay in full before your inspection.
Inspect
Your inspection will take approx. 2 hours and I will then get to work finalising your inspection report which you will receive promptly after the building inspection.
Report
Read over it, check out supporting photos, make notes of any questions you may have.
